Vita Povilaitytė

I studied psychology at Vilnius University and graduated with a master’s degree in psychology in 2005. A few years after my university studies, I studied Gestalt psychotherapy (basic level) at the Centre of Studies of Practical Psychology (PPSC). In 2020, I completed post-graduate studies of the C.G. Jung analytical psychotherapy at PPSC and qualified as a psychotherapist.

Since 2003 I have worked as a psychologist in several public schools in Vilnius, in the penitentiary system and for six years as a lecturer at one of the universities. I have been in private practice in psychological counselling and psychotherapy since 2010 until now.

I am interested in analytical psychology, Jungian psychotherapy for children and adolescents, developmental theories, myths, fairy tales, art.
