About myself
I am currently counseling adults and teenagers, conducting training on the topics of secure attachment, bereavement and mental trauma. I have many years of experience in the field of foster care and adoption, in the outpatient rehabilitation department, I worked in a mental health center for 2 years. I have been in private practice since 2019.
Every person is unique, so psychotherapy is a unique journey. In it, I accompany you with warmth and acceptance - in a safe space it becomes easier to get to know yourself and your relationship with others. Together we explore thoughts, feelings, sensations and inner symbolic life. This increases awareness and gives meaning to difficult experiences. This opens up opportunities to find sources of resources or to restore them, to accept yourself and your shadow side more, to heal and renew.
Areas of interest: trauma psychology and psychotherapy, bereavement, anxiety, interpersonal relationship difficulties, attachment in relationships, self-esteem difficulties, psychosomatics and body awareness, personality growth.
