About myself

I have a master's degree in mathematics and psychology. I have been working in psychotherapy since 1995 with both individual clients and groups. Since 2004 I have also been counselling as a supervisor. I teach psychotherapy in several psychotherapy institutes; create and conduct my own workshops on various topics. For several years I have also been producing the podcast "Talking to Ginta" (in Latvian) https://gintaruna.substack.com
