I work individually and with couples. I work with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, emotional
difficulties after becoming parents, post-traumatic stress disorder.

2005-2015 Medical Psychologist at Kaunas Dainava PSC
From 2004 until now, private counselling practice (individual psychotherapy, preparing families for
childbirth and parenthood, couple’s counseling)
From 2016 to 2022, Kaunas Christian Maternity Hospital, medical psychologist (lectures for pregnant
women and families, counseling)
Since 2009, she has been leading seminars on the topic of motherhood, and lecturer at the initiative
"Mama mums rūpi".
2018 the book "Motinystės kelias" was published. Alma littera
From 2022 October month. Training for specialists "Recognition of postpartum depression, risk
assessment, prevention and care" lecturer. The courses are financed by the Ministry of Health of the
Republic of Lithuania and coordinated by the "Competence Center of the Institute of Hygiene".
