About myself
I noticed that when a crisis occurs, life gives us the opportunity to choose, it gives us the opportunity to rediscover. Even when the inner strength lies too deep, unawakened, and the obstacles to overcome make you feel at a dead end. When we get into a crisis, we have to make an internal decision - to rise to a new life or to give up. As a result of the decision made, we have the opportunity to go on a trip. In which we are accompanied by healing, return to ourselves, acceptance. There comes an awareness of how much courage is needed, how much love is needed for oneself, others and the world in order to live, to live truly. These are topics that are close to me. In this I see a way out of the impasse, helping to release the energy hidden in a person, leading to the realisation of meaning, the realisation of self.
I graduated from Vytautas Magnus University with a bachelor's degree (2007) and a master's degree (2017) in psychology. I further deepened my knowledge at the Center for Practical Psychology Studies. I completed analytical psychotherapy training programme and became a Jungian psychotherapist (2023).
I have been working as a psychologist since 2015. At first in a women's crisis center, then in private practice. I volunteer at the crisis pregnancy center. I am a member of the Lithuanian Association for Analytical Psychology.
