About myself

I rely on the idea that difficulties are the invitation of the inner world to know ourselves better. And that these difficulties, experiences and search for answers can lead towards a fuller life.

I believe that a better understanding of oneself, of one's feelings and desires, leads to a fuller life: more present, more involved, more deeply felt.

I am a member of the Lithuanian Psychological Association, a candidate member of the Lithuanian Association for Analytical Psychology, a certified European psychologist.
