Educational qualification
1993-1998 - Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (Vilnius University);
1998-2000 - Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology (Vilnius University);
2013-2018 - Studies in Jungian Analytical Psychotherapy (Centre for Practical Psychological Studies in Vilnius), psychotherapist qualification;
2019-2023 - Preparation for international Jungian psychoanalyst exams; qualification as a psychoanalyst.
Life experience: 2008-2011 I lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Work experience:
- 1999-2008 and 2011-2019 - Psychologist in various state health institutions and NGOs: Vilnius District Central Polyclinic, Psychotherapy Department of Vilnius City Mental Health Centre, Holy Cross House, JPPC Crisis Management Centre, Family and Personal Self-Help Centre "Bendrakeleiviai", Suicide Prevention Unit of Vilnius City Mental Health Centre;
- 2003-2008 and 2011-2018 - volunteer work in the field of suicide prevention: organiser, leader and supervisor of support groups for relatives of suicide victims; co-author of several scientific publications;
- From 2011 to present: private practice in psychological counselling and psychotherapy.
Other professional activities:
- Co-author of the methodological material "Suicide Prevention for Schools" (Youth Psychological Support Centre, Vilnius, 2012);
- Co-author of "Divorce: Surviving and Rising" (edited by Elvyra Kučinskaitė, Tyto Alba, Vilnius, 2015);
- Translation of Gražina Gudaitė's book "Relationship with Authority and Integration of Personal Power" (2016) from Lithuanian into Russian: Гражина Гудайте "Отношения s авторитетом и интеграция личной силы" (Vilnius University press, 2020).

I work with adults as well as older teenagers (students in their final years of school)

I am fluent in Lithuanian and Russian.
I speak English and Spanish at an intermediate level (so far only one-off or short-term consultations are possible).
