About myself
When the storm rages on the surface of the ocean, calm reigns at the bottom."
(J. Geffen)
Even when the greatest storms of existence rage, at the deepest level our being remains intact. The connection we have with it helps us to withstand and overcome inner turmoil, feelings of loss, emptiness or alienation. Psychotherapy helps to strengthen this connection.
I have been working with people seeking inner peace, seeking to know and understand themselves better, dealing with difficulties in relationships and everyday life, experiencing psychological crisis, mood, anxiety and psychotic disorders (especially those recovering from a first episode of psychosis), and with their loved ones since 2000.
