About myself
I think that one of the most important things in psychotherapy is to look very deeply into what is happening in the psyche. During the therapeutic process it is important to understand both the difficulties, inner barriers and wounds, as well as the available resources and the personality potential. I am in for living as real and whole a life as possible.
Education:
1997-1998 – master’s degree in School Psychology at Vytautas Magnus University.
2009-2010 – psychotherapeutic skills course at the Centre for Practical Psychology Studies.
2011-2016 and 2019-2021 – analytical psychotherapy study program at the Centre for Practical Psychology Studies. Qualification as a Jungian psychotherapist.
Candidate analyst from 2021.
Work experience:
From 2012 to present – private practice of counselling and psychotherapy in Kaunas.
2011-2016 – chief editor of the magazine "Me and Psychology".
2008 - 2011 – magazine "Psychology and me", Editor.
2004-2005 – psychological counselling practice in Vancouver, Canada.
Other psychological-professional activities:
Co-author of the book "Psychology of Home" (2019, Alma littera).
Author of numerous publications with the focus on Jungian approach in leading mass media channels in Lithuania.
Author and presenter of psychological seminars.
