Audronė Bakšienė

My educational background includes master degrees in Organisational and Clinical psychology and lifelong involvement in deepening my insight in the human psyche.

My career started with professional experience in Human Resources and Organisational Development in leading Lithuanian and international companies. Also, I gained experience in academical educational settings as a psychology lecturer for students and a teaching practitioner of workshops for parents and teachers on various psychology topics.

Besides clinical duties in the hospital, I am in private psychotherapy practice. I provide consultations for adults and adolescents, facing emotional difficulties in everyday life, being exposed to such traumas as divorce, crises in relationships, loneliness, anxiety, depression, having suicidal thoughts, encountering discomfort with the way of living, searching for own identity or just seeking better understanding of the own inner world.

In addition, I am interested in Oriental medicine and Daoism, and a practitioner of Kuksando (traditional ancient Korean system of diaphragmatic breathing, meditation, acupressure and lifestyle).
