Professional life:
Since 2010 till now – has been a professor at the Department of Clinical and Organizational Psychology at the University of Vilnius. She is chair of  the Psychodynamic Personality Research Group. Field of research - psychotherapy effectiveness, development of relationship systems etc..
Since 2000 till now  - has private psychotherapeutic practice, guides seminars and leads the  Analytical psychology postgraduate studies at the Center for studies of Practical Psychology.
Since 1997 till now  - has been conducting analytical psychology seminars for psychologists and psychotherapists from Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Russia; Belarus in Vilnius. She lectured at the Grodno Medical Academy; Tallinn Center for Practical Psychology, ISAP Zurich; Joint Estonian-Finnish Analysts Training  Program.
Since 1983 – worked as psychologist ( latter as a head) in the Center of Psychological Counseling and Psychotherapy at Vilnius Psychiatric Hospital.
Studies:
Vilnius university In 2009  – she defended habilitation procedure, "Personality changes: conditions, processes and assessment". In 1993 – she defended doctoral dissertation; In 1983- she graduated psychology in VU.
1994-2001 Studied Analytical Psychology at Chicago C.G. Jung Institute (1994-1995) and in Zurich,(1996-2000) and  2001 became internationally recognized Jungian Analyst and an individual member of IAAP.
1990 - 1994 Gestational Therapy Program (led by Greanstad, Norway).
Publications:
She has written more then 30 articles on various issues of analytical psychology, as well as several books, including: "Transformation of Personality in Dreams, Fairytales and Myths,  (2001)", "Introduction to Analytical Psychology (1996,2002)", "Clinical Psychological Assessment: Tasks and Principles of Assessment" (2007), "The Relationship with Authority and Sense of  Personal Power" (2016). Edited collective monographs "Relationship and Change: the Depth presumptions of Interpersonal Relationships” (2008), "The Effectiveness of Psychotherapy: Therapeutic Factors and Subjective Understanding of Change (2014)”, along with M. Stein'" Confronting Cultural Trauma: Jungian Approaches to Understanding and Healing " (2014).
International activities
Since 2016 she is a member of the Executive Committee of the International Association for  Analytical Psychology, is member of Academic subcommittee, Chair of Research Working Group.
She was a member of the Program committees at the European conferences in Vilnius (2009), in  St. Petersburg (2012), in Trieste (2015), IAAP World Congress in Kyoto ( 2016).
She gave several reports at various international conferences in Chicago, Yale University, Florence, Zurich; Copenhagen, Prague etc.
